My mission statement is: To provide my clients with unparalleled service to the real estate transaction demonstrating a high level of personal integrity, expertise, and professionalism while maintaining a balanced life.
I have been a licensed realtor for 8 years and have been in sales and marketing since 1968 excluding four years I spent in the military as an army officer serving as an assault helicopter commander in Viet Nam. I have an under graduate degree and MBA in marketing and worked in this capacity for a railroad and medical supply company earning many sales and recognition awards. My first year in real estate earned me the rookie of the year, a very coveted award with any company.
For sellers, my written marketing plan is my commitment to you that will bring results and expose your home to the maximum number of buyers. Since 84% of buyers have found the home they purchased through agents, the internet, and signage, my marketing plan has a major emphasis on this. It doesn’t overlook other methods of promotion such as open houses, direct mail, and media advertising. I also create a visual tour which is available on multiple websites and also to buyers in CD form when they view the home. I also subscribe to an automated feedback service which will assure you the highest response rate so you will know what buyers think of your home.
For buyers, our objective is to get the best home at the best price on the best terms for you. When we view homes, I’ll point out to you all the pluses and minuses and if I see any red flags, you will know about them. Having grown up in the north hills area of Pittsburgh, I am very familiar with its various neighborhoods and can help you find the home that best matches your criteria. The buying process is a bit more complex today and I’ll be very involved from our first meeting through the closing and beyond
